Membership Cancellation

    We’re sorry to hear you’re considering cancelling your CrossFit Reclaim membership.

    Before finalising your cancellation, we’d appreciate a few minutes of your feedback to help us understand your experience and continue improving our coaching, programming, and community.

    Your Primary Instructor will be in contact after you submit this form to discuss your request and ensure we have everything required to process your cancellation.

    Cancellations require 14 days' written notice. If you would like your membership to end after the required notice period, please select your preferred cancellation date below.


    By submitting this form:

    • I understand that cancellations require 14 days' written notice unless valid medical evidence is provided.
    • I understand my final payment may be prorated based on my billing cycle.
    • I understand that current membership rates may apply if I choose to rejoin in the future.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Membership rates are subject to change, so if you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time will be applicable.

     

    If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a ‘Membership Hold’ Request.

    Submitting your cancellation notice will serve as your 14-day written notice, as required by our membership terms and conditions.

    If you have a scheduled payment within this 14-day period, the payment will be prorated and processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
