A lot people are intimidated of doing CrossFit, saying they need to get fit before starting…Steph fit this mold, deep down she was worried that everyone would be crazy fit and she wouldn’t fit in. Much less having a pretty bad back injury and people warned her CrossFit training would make it worse.
